About Me
Hello and welcome! Everything on this website was made by me (unless otherwise noted). I make non-narrative moving images because words are for stories, and motion is for recording. I enjoy going out with a camera, seeing what I can find, then experimenting with sound to create an engaging experience for the viewer. I like editing and the idea of recording “reality”. I believe this can only be done if the piece exposes the limits and conventions of the medium, and that is clear to the viewer in the final product. I also enjoy using different mediums and software and combining them to create something new. I graduated from the University of Chicago in 2023, and I currently work at a coffee shop in NYC.
